Online Bill Pay:

By managing your account online you can view previous bills, see water usage history, sign up for paperless billing and pay your bill via a credit card.  

You will need the following to register your account:

1. Full name as it appears on your statement

2. Account number located on your statement

3. A valid email address

Click Register Account to begin.  Once you are done registering you may login.  Your Username is the email address you provided during registration.

If you do not have your statement, you may request your account number by calling the office at 740-767-2558.

Fees associated with paying your bill online with a credit card:  The Burr Oak Regional Water District has partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit, or credit card. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay online.  Nexbillpay charges a service fee for each transaction. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing an online payment service for customers of Burr Oak Regional Water District; Burr Oak Regional Water District does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee.
